Mina One and the sister-villa Mina Two are two beautiful brand new properties, located on a private complex above Glyfadi bay, on the South-western point of Mykonos. The two glamorous homes distinguish themselves for their unique décor, the stunning location and the possibility to be rented together for large groups while still granting privacy one from the other.
A fresh and innovative atmosphere dominates outdoors through the original paving of the terrace and the ingenious concept of the pebble covered infinity swimming pool surface, which also includes a built-in Jacuzzi. The pool terrace also offers options of leisure and relaxation with its large shaded lounge area, simple yet appealing outdoor dining and BBQ area.
In full respect of the traditional Mykonian design, the interiors display a strong predominance of white from washed wooden floor to beamed ceiling, which is interrupted only by the designer furniture and adornments that through their tasteful touches complement the interior of this great home. The interior layout is very similar to Minas Two with the entrance level including a modern design well-equipped kitchen, an open space living/dining area and a guest bedroom with private terrace. The lower level features three additional bedrooms, all granting access to a furnished terrace. Through this terrace one can access the villa’s garden bedroom with private entrance, available upon request. All bedrooms offer all comforts and are appointed with great taste and novel concepts, each assuring a quality experience also indoors. A fourth smaller guest bedroom with en-suite is also located on this floor. Views over the Aegean seas are enjoyable throughout the villa thanks to the presence of large windows and the overall waterfront position of the villa. The mix of the villa’s architecture and design with the colorful scenery will appeal to the most demanding eyes.
The villa can be rented independently or combined with Minas Two, thanks to their vicinity but also to the privacy they reserve from one another. Minas One is the place to be for those seeking a hidden gem of brilliant details and modern amenities, while remaining within easy reach of beaches and Mykonos Town.
