Located just around the corner from Agios Ioannis chapel, Villa Atremis is part of a cluster of four independently built villas sharing a large veranda with BBQ, a private common entrance with parking and a lovely bean shaped swimming pool. The shared pool, located just few steps away from each villa, is well equipped with teak deck chairs and umbrella for sunbathing and relaxation, and enjoys magnificent views in a privileged wind-shelter location.
The villa, built on one level, is surrounded by a variety of cacti and bright blooming flowers. In front of the main entrance, a private pergola-shaded veranda has a small and cozy outdoor sitting corner and dining table for guests' private gatherings, just few steps by the pool. The open-plan kitchen, sitting and dining area, are tastefully decorated with antique wooden furniture, white upholstery and cotto floor tiles. The master bedroom features a beautiful antique double bed, with en-suite bathroom and a large walk-in closet with access to a private veranda with sea views. The other guests' bedrooms are equally charming and share one bathroom.
Situated close to Mykonos town and few minutes walk from the lively tavernas of Agios Ioannis beach and the secluded sandy beach of Kapari, this is property is ideally located!
